William Duff Jr.’s experience with commercial, mixed-use, retail and restaurant projects deepens the pool of knowledge he draws on in the creation of designs for high-end residences, since he is familiar with a comprehensive array of materials and techniques. As a LEED-certified architect, he has further expanded his design palette through his interest and expertise in green building. Rather than boxing himself into a particular style, Duff looks to light, space and interesting materials as the guiding elements of his design, which he describes as “warm modernism.”
