We created a conceptual design to assist our client, the building owner, in the remodel and re-positioning of this Union Square building. To better organize the former multi-tenant space for one tenant, we maximized the showcase potential of the glass façade and emphasized an interior central stairway that draws the eye to the top floor and the rooftop signage above. Refreshed finishes, clean lines, and improved lighting combine to make the building more visually memorable.
