Cool simplicity in restaurant design provides the perfect environment to serve up Mr. East Kitchen’s colorful Vietnamese fare. To highlight the food, we used a palette and minimalist restraint inspired by Scandinavian and Asian design. Attenuated counter lines are punctuated by Baltic birch accents against Gray Wisp walls. Pendant lighting and accent features draw the eye away from the ceiling’s industrial utilities and towards the hospitality at kitchen and table level.
