Gigi Guilhamet brings curiosity, creativity and a strong sense of place to her work as a designer at WDA. A Bay Area native, she is drawn to architecture’s ability to shape daily life and create spaces that feel personal, intentional and connected to the people who use them.
Gigi earned her Master of Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and began her career working on civic projects, including community centers and libraries. Through that experience, she contributed across all phases of design, from early concepts through construction documentation, building a strong foundation in both design exploration and project delivery.
At WDA, Gigi is especially interested in residential design and the opportunity to create homes tailored to each client’s life, values and routines. As a LEED Green Associate, she is also drawn to sustainable design strategies that support both performance and beauty, bringing environmental responsibility into the design process with clarity and care.
Outside the office, Gigi enjoys hiking, workout classes, exploring the city with friends and traveling.

- What part of the design process excites you most?
- Seeing ideas come to life, from an early sketch or model to a space that people can experience.
