We are pleased to announce the promotions of Anastasia Bespalova and Dustin Foster to Associate. As associates, they will play key roles in the development of firm culture and future leadership. Additionally, Parvathy has been promoted from Job Captain to Project Architect.

Anastasia Bespalova strives for clean simplicity and aspires to deliver the highest quality in everything she does as a Project Manager on the Residential team. She is also a leader within our Architectural Standards group.

Dustin Foster applies his passion for craft and detail in the built environment as a Project Manager on the Residential team. To better his community, Dustin believes in giving back by sharing his professional experience through teaching. He is also a leader within our Digital Technology group.
