We are pleased to announce the promotions of Parvathy Nair, Anastasia Bespalova and Dustin Foster to Associate. As associates, they will play key roles in the development of firm culture and future leadership. Additionally, Parvathy has been promoted from Job Captain to Project Architect.

Parvathy Nair, RA contributes her strong visualization skills and passion for design to the Residential and Hospitality teams at WDA. She is also a leader within our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Impact (DEI+I) group.

Anastasia Bespalova strives for clean simplicity and aspires to deliver the highest quality in everything she does as a Project Manager on the Residential team. She is also a leader within our Architectural Standards group.

Dustin Foster applies his passion for craft and detail in the built environment as a Project Manager on the Residential team. To better his community, Dustin believes in giving back by sharing his professional experience through teaching. He is also a leader within our Digital Technology group.
