Ahlam brings an international background and inspiration anchored in old world memories to WDA’s Community practice. For Ahlam, architecture and design is problem solving, a lifestyle and a tool that bridges beauty with humanity’s drive to connect.

Working briefly in antiquities and construction, her architectural portfolio is diverse. Past project types include civic, laboratories, workspace, hospitality and high-end residential.

Ahlam’s curiosity and passion inspires her continued learning on topics such as community, housing, and smart city technology and planning. In her free time, Ahlam loves hiking, French films, audio books and design and fashion magazines.
