Benjamin Fiedler
Sr. Project Manager
RA, NCARB
Benjamin Fiedler approaches architecture as the careful alignment of people, ideas and technical detail. With over 14 years of experience guiding projects from initial site assessment through construction, he brings clarity to complex processes and helps teams turn design intent into thoughtful, buildable architecture.
Pragmatic and collaborative, Benjamin values simplicity, precision and communication. His work is informed by a belief that architecture can bring people together and that even the most technical project decisions should ultimately support the human experience. Contractors and colleagues alike value the quality of his documentation, his responsiveness and the ease with which he moves projects forward.
Benjamin holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and is a registered architect in multiple states. He has extensive experience developing BIM standards, managing prototypical project documentation and mentoring colleagues in design and technical execution. Outside the office, Benjamin enjoys baking, word puzzles and time outdoors with friends and family — especially when water is nearby.
- What place has most influenced how you think about architecture?
- London. I’m drawn to the way historic and contemporary architecture coexist and strengthen one another.
- What tool best represents how you work?
- An architectural scale. It is practical, precise and capable of looking at a problem from several perspectives.
