Principal - Hospitality

Before joining WDA, Patrick Kruger founded and operated his own high-end residential practice, drawing on his extensive experience as a hospitality designer. His work spans globally, having designed projects around the world while honing his skills at renowned firms like Michael Graves and WATG.

Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from San Diego State University. He is actively involved in the professional community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of ALIS DESIGN+.

Admiring the work of Richard Neutra, Patrick values the approach of understanding and meeting the real needs of clients, regardless of the project’s scale. His dream project is to design a boutique hotel in the California Wine Valley. This project embodies all his passions, combining his love for the valley’s geography, exquisite food, and wine, with the romantic allure of creating a hospitality masterpiece in such a picturesque setting.
