A licensed architect and skilled project manager, Phoebe is WDA’s Director of Operations. She excels at organization and critical thinking, bringing a balanced and incisive point of view to problem solving. She brings a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of architectural work from her own experience as a former project manager, attuning her to the needs of our architectural staff.

Driven by the belief that we can go further together than apart, Phoebe is passionate about WDA’s people and guiding the firm towards long-term goals. Phoebe oversees HR, staffing, financials, and IT, constantly looking for ways to iterate and improve how the company operates. Her many achievements include qualifying WDA for the San Francisco Business Times’ Best Places to Work and 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies rankings and orchestrating our transition to working from home during the pandemic. Phoebe is also proud to be a shareholder and part-owner of the firm.

Phoebe holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from UC Berkeley. Before moving into her current role, she worked as a residential project manager with some crossover in hospitality and commercial rehab. Prior to WDA she focused on large outdoor retail centers and civic projects. Away from the office, you can find her snowboarding, indulging her inner foodie, and doing her best to live sustainably.
