Robert Grebl

Designer

Robert Grebl brings a detail-oriented, digitally fluent approach to WDA’s hospitality studio, with deep experience supporting quick-service restaurant, food and beverage, mercantile and business clients across the country. As a designer, he contributes to design concepts, construction documentation, client coordination and construction-phase support, helping teams move from idea to built work with clarity and consistency.

Robert is especially interested in how design ideas are documented, coordinated and ultimately experienced by the people who use a space. He brings a strong command of Revit, technical documentation and digital workflows, along with a quiet curiosity for improving the tools and processes that support efficient project delivery.

Robert earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, with a minor in Landscape Architecture. He is currently working toward completing his Architectural Registration Exams while continuing to build well-rounded professional experience across hospitality and commercial project types.

Outside the office, Robert enjoys coding, game design and exploring new places through travel.

What is a professional accomplishment you’re proud of?
Every completed project that opens and becomes a place people can use and enjoy.
What city has most influenced how you think about architecture?
Shanghai. I’m drawn to its mix of pedestrian life, local communities, parks and high-rise density.
