Wendy brings her experience in graphic design and marketing to her role as Marketing Manager and Associate. Her work touches on everything from content creation, to event planning, to workplace culture. An active member of our professional community, Wendy has also held multiple volunteer positions with SMPS SF, including Programs Committee Co-Director and Market Share Leader.

Wendy received her Bachelor’s in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Visual Communication and Graphic Design at UC Davis. Her graphic design experience includes positions at the Pacific Sun newspaper, Maritz Travel and Solution Set. She added marketing to her skill set in her most recent position as Marketing Manager for Hilton San Francisco Financial District. In addition to marketing, Wendy was the hotel’s community service champion and a founding member of their sustainability team.

Originally hired as an office manager at WDA, her operational experience helps her understand the industry from multiple angles and often informs her marketing decisions. Her favorite projects are adaptive reuse for their sense of story, reinvention and inherent sustainability properties. In her free time, Wendy can be traveling with her husband and son, watching movies and taking pictures.
