Hyatt Regency Lake Washington draws inspiration from its remarkable waterfront setting, framing sweeping views of Lake Washington, Mount Rainier and the Seattle skyline.
Positioned along the Southport shoreline, the hotel is organized to strengthen the relationship between guests and the surrounding landscape. Expansive glazing, thoughtfully arranged public spaces, and view-oriented guestrooms create a continuous dialogue between the interior environment and the water beyond. Guided by Feng Shui principles of balance and harmony, the design promotes a sense of calm throughout the guest experience. Warm materials, abundant natural light, and carefully composed spaces create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and approachable. From arrival through departure, the hotel offers a retreat-like experience that is deeply connected to its spectacular waterfront setting while remaining seamlessly linked to the energy of the greater Seattle region.
